Visiting Newfoundland

Today we drove along the TransCanada Highway to Corner Brook, NL. This picture was taken at a provincial park along the way.

Colorful leaves in Corner Brook.

Some of the scenery oolong the highway on the way back to Port Aux Basques.

Saw this flock of sheep on one of side roads we explored.

Don't know what kind of berries these are & there were lots of them

Edna - you didn't know that there is a road in Newfoundland named after you!

A view of Port Aux Basques from our hotel room.

The ferry from Nova Scotia came into port around 6 PM. This is the one that we travelled on to NL. It will leave port at 11:30 & go back to NS.
Another ferry will arrive at 11:30 PM & that is the one that we will catch for our trip back to Nova Scotia.
