Today we caught to ferry back to North Sidney, Nova Scotia. This shot is taken of the back of the ferry, which is the "stern" side, I'm told. The ferry wasn't quite full as a semi or two could have fit in there.
It was rainy & foggy the whole trip. I could hear the ferry sounding its' fog horn on a regular basis. Also it wasn't quite as smooth as our trip down but I didn't get seasick! I just made sure I was close to the railing when I took a walk around the ship.
There were lots of comfortable seats in many places & TVs to watch. The ferry also had Internet service except today there was no service for a few hours in the middle of the crossing. The crossing takes about 6 hours.
