An Exciting Day.

Today Albert licensed his Mustang & we went for a short drive.
Oh, yeah!! Oh, Baby!!  Are we going have fun cruising in this car!!
The footings were poured for our new house today. This is looking north-west. Our neighbours, the Wilsons, moved in at the end of March.
And this is looking to the north-east. We have a large greenspace behind our house.

My Past Week in Pictures

Trees are starting to bud.
There has been alot of sorting, giving away, garbaging & packing going on around here.
Grandson - Nick & his puppy - Lexie, spent an afternoon with me so we all had fun at the playground.
Precision Land Solutions was well underway with tiling & I brought out a few meals during the week.
A trip to bring lunch to the field has it's benefits.
And the work has begun on our new house! It's been a busy & exciting week!

Tailgate Party

I got called back into the catering business again.
Due to a mild winter with very little snow & an early spring,  my son started his tiling business early.
A crew of 5 men were tiling west of Carman & with no restaurants close by, I was asked to bring lunch out to the field.
It was a beautiful day for a drive into the country.

The Cross

Last evening as we drove by our lot where we will be building our new home, I saw this cross up on the top of a hill of dirt & I thought - How appropriate for this Good Friday when I remember how the Lord suffered on the cross for my sins. Today I will remember as I partake in communion in church this morning. Sunday I will celebrate the Risen Christ.
