A friend of mine started The Agape Project last fall aimed at helping children in need. You can find it on Facebook. She collects new & gently used clothing for needy families in the area. I want to follow my mom's example of sewing quilts for charity so I picked this project to donate several quilts to for this year.
As a quilter, I always seem to have a collection of left-over fabric from projects and also pieces of fabric that I have purchased but haven't found a project where it would work well so I went through some of my boxes & cut & sewed & came up with these 2 quilts for the Agape Project. These quilts are sewn with love & prayers for the children who will be covered with these quilts & have sweet & restful sleep.
