Life Style Change - for now.

This winter we decided to do another term of volunteering with Mennonite Disaster Service. Albert left yesterday, January 29 for Lyles, Tennesse & I will follow on February 22. We are both traveling by  airplane this time. It just worked out better this time for Albert to go for a month by himself so he can first work as crew leader & then train for project director. I will be working as office manager again. Lyles, TN. was hit by tornadoes & then lots of rain in May 2010. We will be at Cedar Crest Camp which, I understand has good  accommodations & the area is very scenic. . Albert & I will both return on March 26. For more information on MDS & the Lyles Project, go to www.mds.mennonite.net & look under "projects."
So, what will I do to keep busy, you may wonder? I have several outings planned, lunches with friends & of course, have a number of projects to sew. You may just need to check back here to see what the adventure of the day is!!!

we were wondering if there were any plans for MDS for you folks this year? Is the plan for Albert to be project director in March? God bless as you go and serve, and have a Fun Feb, Lillian. We know that March may be a little more stressful :)
