The Black & Yellow Quilt

 I like sewing yellow into my quilts. Don't know why, just like the bright patch of colour.

 I made this quilt for a special young mom who showered us with kindness last summer when we experienced the horrific accident that took the lives of our son & grandson. 

I was just so moved by her kindness that I wanted to do something special for her. And this is what the Lord brought to my mind one day when I was thinking about what to do for her.

Hope this quilt warms her & gives her sweet rest as she cares for her family & blesses others through her kind acts.
