I harvested some fresh rhubarb today - April 27.
Made some of my grandkids favorite jam - Banana Rhubarb Jam
And then I made a Rhubarb Crisp for supper. Spring is well on it's way when the rhubarb is tall enough for picking. It was just barely out of the ground when we arrived home three weeks ago. Sure could use some rain here.

rhubarb crisp sounds yummy! Ours isn't quite big enough to snitch any just yet. This rain might help though! Jo
